"Chrome Heart is an epic fantasy adventure that depicts how one generation's history becomes another generation's prophecy. The story takes place in the mortal realm of Irul-Kim where an overprotected child named Ray-An discovers the meaning of sacrifice. When Ray-An and his childhood friends Tiqua, Waduda, and Del-ia find themselves caught between an ancient war of the Quamoros Beasts and the Esuirra Warlords, they are faced with different choices...but only one destiny."

CHCKL's Pins & Needles Christmas Production was absolutely a blast on it's first night, 16th December 2010. It was only the first service, yet there were nearly a thousand people came for the show! It was so crowded in the auditorium that there were about a hundred people have to watch it outside through the LCD projector. "Pins & Needles" is a combination of Broadway and NY theatre styles. Also, there are lots of inspirations from Peter Pan, Adam Lambert, Ip Man 2, Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera to Mary Poppins. What a weird mix right? I know. But they blend it together really well. Again, City Harvest KL is celebrating an early Christmas with another production, "PINS & NEEDLES" on the following dates:

December 16 - 8.30 p.m.

December 17 - 8.30 p.m.

December 18 - 8.00 p.m.

December 19 - 10 a.m.

There will be FOUR shows because of the amazing attendance we get every year, so feel free to drop by on any day!

What is this production about? As you can read from the quote above, it's about the drama, love, and other things in our lives. It's something that you don't want to miss this Christmas and it's FREE ADMISSION, so bring along your family and friends. Be sure to go early to avoid disappointment because it's always full house!

Get Lifted - a musical production, organized by UCSI CF. The story was simple. But the message was conveyed clearly to the audience, whom I believed most of them attended in order to get ECA points. Also, it would be much better if there's no sound system error and have some funny scenes. The cast were alright. I know they did their best tonight.

The event tonight made me anticipating for CHCKL's next musical production!!! I'm always looking forward for their production. I still remember, few years back, I went for the Christmas production - Christmas at Chang's. We were only 5 minutes late, but we were forced to sit outside the hall, and only able to watch through LCD projector (like at the mamak stalls where you watch World Cup) because it was fully packed inside!! This year's Easter's Day production too ... flooded with around 3300 people. Crazingly crowded right? Sadly, Sharon told me that we have to wait till next year for the next production...where everyone can fit in the new hall. =)
